After a review is submitted, the platform processes the uploaded thesis or chapter and delivers the result digitally through the website.

Available deliverables may include an interactive report, scorecard, PDF report, and annotated DOCX export depending on the selected plan.

Estimated Delivery Time

Free previews are intended to complete quickly, subject to file size and system availability.

Standard and Deep Review processing times may vary based on file length, queue load, model availability, and selected review depth.

Large thesis files may take longer because extraction, scoring, evidence checks, AI review, report generation, and annotated export creation are performed digitally.

No Physical Shipping

There are no shipping charges, courier partners, physical delivery timelines, or physical returns because the service is delivered online.

If a plan page or checkout mentions delivery, it refers to digital delivery of the review output.

Delivery Issues

If a report does not appear after processing or an export fails to download, contact admin@thesisreviewer.com with your account email, payment reference if applicable, and review file name.

For platform-caused delivery failures, we may rerun the review, provide credits, or consider a refund according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
