Request deletion

Email support@thesisreviewer.com from your registered account email with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether you want to delete your entire account or specific data, such as uploaded files, reports, or information received through Facebook or Google sign-in.

Include the email used for your account and the sign-in provider, if applicable. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment card details, or a copy of your thesis. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate identity check.

What happens next

Our support team reviews your request, verifies account ownership where needed, and confirms the scope of deletion. You can request an update by replying to the same email thread.

Deletion requests can cover account profile information, information received from Google or Facebook, uploaded documents, generated reports, and associated review history. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal, tax, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or security purposes, and confirm when the request is completed.

Disconnect Facebook or Google

To remove Facebook access, open Facebook Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Select AI Thesis Reviewer and remove it. Removing the connection prevents future authorized access; it does not by itself delete data already held by AI Thesis Reviewer. Send a deletion request using the instructions above if you also want that data deleted.

To remove Google access, open your Google Account, go to third-party connections, select AI Thesis Reviewer, and remove the connection. To request deletion of data already held by AI Thesis Reviewer, contact us as described above.

Payments and subscriptions

A request to delete data or disconnect a social sign-in provider does not itself cancel an active paid subscription. Manage your subscription in your account or contact support about cancellation before requesting account deletion.
