Terms of Use
Last updated: May 30, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to AI Thesis Reviewer, including the waitlist, website, and thesis review platform when available.
Acceptance
By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, creating an account, uploading content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.
Service Purpose
AI Thesis Reviewer provides AI-assisted academic review support for thesis drafts, chapters, and related academic documents.
The service is designed to provide suggestions, scores, and evidence-backed observations. It does not guarantee approval, acceptance, publication, degree completion, plagiarism clearance, or institutional compliance.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any document submitted to the platform.
You must not upload unlawful, confidential third-party, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
You remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated suggestions before using them in academic work.
Academic Integrity
The platform is intended to assist with review, clarity, structure, evidence quality, and risk detection. It must not be used to misrepresent authorship, fabricate research, falsify data, or bypass institutional rules.
Users should follow their university, supervisor, ethics committee, and funding body requirements when using AI-assisted tools.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access where we suspect misuse, security risk, payment failure, or violation of these terms.
Payments
Paid plans, subscriptions, add-ons, and one-time reviews may be introduced through a payment provider. Pricing, limits, features, taxes, billing frequency, and currency will be shown at checkout or on the relevant plan page before payment.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected plan before payment. Payment failures, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and payment references may be handled by the payment provider and applicable law.
Access to paid reports, exports, or add-ons may be paused or restricted if payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or appears fraudulent.
Digital Delivery
AI Thesis Reviewer provides digital services only. Reports, scorecards, and annotated exports are delivered online through the website or account history after processing.
Processing times vary by file size, review tier, model availability, and system load. The platform may show estimated or queued statuses while processing is underway.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal where applicable but does not automatically reverse already delivered or in-progress digital services.
If a paid review fails due to a platform issue, support may rerun the review, provide credit, or approve a refund according to the Refund Policy.
Disclaimers
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete analysis. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not provide legal, professional, institutional, or academic certification advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, academic, institutional, reputational, or financial losses arising from use of the service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service, subject to any refund rights described in the Refund Policy.
