Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and basic technical information such as browser user agent and submission source.

When the review product is available, we may collect account details, uploaded thesis files, generated reports, usage history, plan information, billing status, payment references, and support communications needed to provide the service.

We do not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV, or card expiry details on our servers. Card, UPI, wallet, net banking, and related payment data is handled by the payment gateway according to its own security and compliance controls.

How We Use Information

We use waitlist emails to notify users about early access, product availability, and important service updates.

For product users, information is used to process thesis reviews, generate reports, manage accounts, verify plan access, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide customer support, and meet legal or payment compliance requirements.

Thesis Files and Reports

Uploaded thesis files and generated reports are treated as confidential user content. They are processed only to provide the requested review and related exports.

User uploads and reports are encrypted in cloud storage. Administrative access is limited by system design, and routine admin views are intended to show operational metadata and scores rather than user documents.

For admin test uploads, documents and reports may be retained for internal quality checks and product testing.

AI Processing

The platform may use third-party cloud AI models and supporting infrastructure to analyze thesis content. We aim to send only the content required to perform the requested review.

AI outputs may be imperfect and should be treated as academic assistance, not a replacement for supervisor, institutional, legal, or professional advice.

Retention

Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

For product users, uploaded documents and generated reports may be retained for a limited period to provide downloads, history, support, and abuse prevention. We may shorten or extend retention where required by law, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or security needs.

Payment and invoice records may be retained as required under applicable tax, accounting, and payment regulations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payments, support, and AI processing.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse of the service.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the waitlist by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, payment, tax, or dispute resolution purposes.

If marketing emails are sent, they will include a way to opt out where required.
